In the event of a defective printer cartridge, simply call our toll-free customer service number 1-877-270-7761 or 404-895-1804 in Atlanta, Georgia. We will mail you a prepaid UPS shipping label for you to return the defective cartridge to the proper facility. Credit will be issued upon inspection of the cartridge. All non-defective toner cartridges must be returned within 30 days, in original packaging, original condition, unopened and undamaged. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
